 Network Engineer - Pre or Post Sales Support (IT NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE)  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales technical support to account manager throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate detail technical network/system proposals base on technology and our product offerings.
  • Solution presentation, proof of concept and solution evaluation.
  • See through smooth implementation of proposed solutions by engineers.
  • Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors.
  • Providing Project Management Services inclusive of planning, installation, implementation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation and handover.
  • Provide 24 x 7 field engineering support inclusive of troubleshooting and resolution service to contract customers and to conduct proactive preventive maintenance work for customer systems.
  • To provide technical trainings to sales and customers.
  • Provide support to project rollout at the regional offices.


 Requirements :

1) Tertiary Education in Telecommunication Network or Computer Engineering.
2) A minimum of 2 years is required for the Pre-sales position.
3) Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
4) Ability to generate, propose and present technical solutions.
5) Experience in designing networks, and ability to manage projects independently for telco and large enterprises.
6) Good knowledge and hands on experience in following areas:

  • LAN, WAN technologies, OSPF, ISIS, BGP4.
  • Network security solutions such as firewalls, IPSec, VPN solutions, token-based security solution and PIN verification systems.
  • Appliance based proxy devices
  • Appliance based Server/firewall/WAN load balancers.
  • Knowledge of OSS solutions and advance networking technology such as MPLS, TE & VPNs.

7) Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
8) A team player and excellent people management skills.
